Passenger Elevators
- Passenger elevator service at 811 Main is provided by 21 high-speed ThyssenKrupp elevators.
Building Elevator Banks are as follows:

Passenger and shuttle elevators are intended for the use of tenants, their employees, and guests. These elevators are not to be used for deliveries, mail carts, two-wheel dollies, etc., which must be taken in a freight car.
Freight Elevators
- 811 Main is equipped with two service elevator which serve Levels B1 - 3, and Levels 11 - 46. The service elevator is available on a basis during regular building hours.
- After-hours reservations can be made through the Property Management Office, at 823.390.3450 or 811main@hines.com.
