Loading Dock

811 Main has a 3-bay loading area is to be used by trucks and vehicles making deliveries:

• The entrance to the Loading Dock is located on Walker, between Fannin & Main St.
• Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Clearance height: 14' 11"
• For large truck deliveries, please contact the Property Management Office for coordination at 832.390.3450 or 811main@hines.com.
• Hand deliveries are not accepted at the Loading Dock.
• Use of the Loading Dock during normal business hours is and is limited to 30 minutes. Other hours of use must be scheduled through the Property Management Office.
