Guidelines for housekeeping services at 811 Main:

• To ensure tenant satisfaction with cleaning, please contact Property Management Office with any special requests or problems at 832.390.3450 or 811main@hines.com.
• Upon advance request, the following services can be provided at an additional cost: glass cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor waxing, etc.
• All cleaning personnel will wear an identification badge. If you observe any cleaning personnel without proper identification, please notify the Property Management Office immediately at 832.390.3450.
